We also set the network up so calls stay clear when the Wi-Fi is busy, by giving voice traffic priority over everything else.

What it costs to run
VoIP usually costs less than traditional business lines, with monthly plans charged per handset or per user, plus the handsets themselves. We quote hardware and the monthly plan separately so you can see both.

Can I keep my existing phone number?
Usually yes. Numbers are ported across from your current provider, which can take a few weeks, so it's worth starting early in the fit-out.
Do I still need a phone line?
No. VoIP runs over your internet connection. We recommend a 4G or 5G backup so calls keep working if the main connection drops.
Can staff take business calls on their mobiles?
Yes. We can set up an app so calls to your business number ring on mobiles, which suits owners and staff who move between sites.
