How long does a business NBN connection take?
It depends on the address and connection type. Premises that are already connected can be quick, while new connections and fibre services can take several weeks. That's why we order early in the fit-out.
What is internet failover?
A backup mobile connection that switches on automatically if the main line fails. Payments, bookings and email keep working until the main connection returns.
Can I keep my existing provider?
Yes. If you already have a provider you're happy with, we coordinate with them and set up your equipment. We can also recommend a business plan if you're starting fresh.
