Why we started FitWire
After years of cabling and IT work across Melbourne, the same story kept repeating. A café or clinic finishes its fit-out, the stock is in and the staff are trained, and the doors still can't open: the NBN isn't connected, the EFTPOS can't reach the bank, or nobody ran a cable to the kitchen printer.
The cause is rarely one bad trade. It's the gaps between them. A cabler, an IT company, a security installer and the internet provider each do their part, and nobody owns the whole thing working on day one.
FitWire closes those gaps. One licensed team plans, cables, installs and supports everything that plugs in, timed to the builder's program and tested before opening. Builders get one comms subcontractor. Owners get one number to call.

We run and test cabling while ceilings and walls are still open, then return after painting to terminate, build the rack, mount access points and cameras, and label everything to match the drawings.
