How we price

Questions from builders
Do you take subcontracts under builder terms?
Yes. We review subcontract terms for each job and invoice through progress claims.
Can you quote from drawings only?
Yes. Send the floor plan, reflected ceiling plan and any comms schedule, and we price from those, with a site walk where needed.
Do you install CCTV?
Yes. We hold a current Victorian security licence and install CCTV with our own team, so cabling, cameras and network sit in one subcontract.
