Our in-house IT team supplies and installs computers, servers and printers, then answers the day-to-day support calls, by the hour or on a plan.

Helpdesk when something breaks
One number to call. We start remotely, because most problems (email, printing, logins, slow computers) are fixed faster that way, and come on site when they can't be. Use us by the hour with no contract, or move to a monthly plan for priority response and included monitoring.
Upgrades, relocations and staff changes
We handle the jobs that come up after a fit-out: new staff computers, replacing ageing machines, adding storage, moving equipment to a second site, and offboarding staff securely. If you'd rather a fixed monthly cost, see our managed IT support plans.

Can you support a business you didn't fit out?
Yes. We start with a review of your network and systems, fix anything urgent, document the setup, then support it hourly or on a plan.
Should we buy the hardware, or do you supply it?
Either. We can supply through our trade accounts, or set up equipment you've bought yourself. We'll tell you honestly which is cheaper for what you need.
How quickly do you respond?
Hourly clients are handled in the order requests come in, usually the same or next business day. Support plan clients get priority and same-day remote response.
