Hourly work is billed in 15-minute blocks after the first hour. Travel for outer suburbs is confirmed upfront, never added as a surprise. Plan clients have on-site visits covered as agreed in the plan.
Can you support a business you didn't set up?
Yes. We review your network and systems first, fix anything urgent, and document the setup so support is fast from then on.
How fast do you respond?
Plan clients get same-day remote response. Hourly clients are handled in the order requests arrive, usually the same or next business day.
