We plan the technology alongside your fit-out, order your internet early and test every device on site before the doors open.
We work with your POS provider rather than replacing them. They supply the software and terminals; we make sure the cabling, network and internet underneath them are reliable.

Hospitality networks fail under pressure: guest Wi-Fi hogging bandwidth, a printer dropping off mid-service, or a consumer modem overheating in a storeroom. We separate guest traffic from payments, use commercial access points designed for crowds and monitor the network remotely, so problems are found before service starts.
Questions about restaurant and café IT
When should a new restaurant organise its IT?
As soon as the floor plan is final, and before walls are closed. Business NBN or fibre can take several weeks to connect, so internet should be ordered early in the fit-out, not in the final week.
Can guest Wi-Fi slow down my EFTPOS?
It can on a poorly set up network. We put guest Wi-Fi on its own isolated network with a bandwidth limit, so customers streaming video don't affect payments or orders.
Do you supply POS systems?
No. We work with your chosen POS provider and build the cabling, network and internet their system relies on.
