Hourly, half-day, full-day and fixed project rates, with partner pricing for regular work and a loading for after hours. Send us the job and we'll confirm availability and price the same day.

Questions from partners
Do you work under our brand?
Yes. We attend as your technician, use your ticketing system and processes, and report back the way you ask. We don't hand out FitWire cards on your client's site.
Will you approach our clients?
No. We sign a non-solicitation agreement and an NDA before the first job. Your client relationships stay yours.
What areas do you cover?
All of metropolitan Melbourne: north, north west, north east, east, south east, south and bayside, plus the CBD.
How quickly can you attend?
Scheduled work is booked in advance. For urgent dispatch we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it the same day, rather than accept and let you down.
Are you licensed and insured?
ACMA open cabling registration 31359 with all endorsements, Victorian security licence 892-518-10S for CCTV, and public liability cover. We also hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working With Children Check, so we can attend disability, childcare and education sites. Certificates supplied on request.
