Doors planned with the cabling
Access control needs cable to each door, the reader, the lock and the controller, plus power. Running that during rough-in is far cheaper than chasing it into finished walls later. We plan doors, readers and intercom positions at the same time as data points and cameras.
What we install
- Fob, card and keypad entry for front, rear and staff doors
- Door intercoms, including video intercoms to reception
- Electric strikes and maglocks coordinated with your locksmith and electrician
- Controllers wired back to the comms rack
- Access from your phone, with the ability to remove a lost fob in seconds
- Records of who entered and when, where the system supports it
Fire and egress rules
Doors on escape routes have legal requirements for release in an emergency. We work with your builder, electrician and locksmith so the hardware meets those requirements, rather than fitting a lock that later has to come off.

Are you licensed for access control work?
We hold a current Victorian security licence and install access control and CCTV with our own team, alongside the data cabling.
Can we stop using keys altogether?
Mostly. Fobs or phone access cover day-to-day entry, though a mechanical override is usually kept for emergencies and power loss.
Can it work with our CCTV?
Yes. When both are installed together, camera footage can be matched with door events, which is useful for stock loss and after-hours access.
